Do you have events that you need to control the signup process? Tired of processing paperwork, entering information into a spreasheet and manually submitting bank deposits?

The "RSVP is Easy" program is a web based solution for the creation, display, signup and tracking for meetings and events. Users can signup online, choose options like meals or classes, and pay online via PayPal or Google Checkout. Clients can post new online events, add meals, classes or other information then setup the cost for registration, view attendees, know what meals to order or classes to be attended and have a complete list of attendees to view, print or export to an spreadsheet.

The RSVP is Easy program can be easily customized to fit your specific event needs. Create an event template and from then on all you events will match you needs.

The Event List shows all upcoming events.

The Event Detail shows the topic of the event, description, location, date and time:

Registration allows user to signup multiple attendees, each with meal or class choices, custom fields allow for different signup costs based user type as in member, non-member, student, etc.:
